What Youll Be Doing

Youll be joining CIBCs Intelligent Process Automation Center of Excellence. Youll be at the heart of CIBCs digital transformation successfully delivering complex enterprise-scale mobile projects involving multiple back-end addition you will work collaboratively with others within the Intelligent Automations team to achieve common goals and actively promote co-operation and good working relationships among team members.

At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. Youll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where youll spend 1-3 days per week on-site while other days will be remote.

• You must be currently enrolled in post-secondary education and returning to full-time studies to be eligible. However you do not need to be in a registered Co-Op program to be considered for a role.

How Youll Succeed

• Analytical Able to organize and analyze large data sets using various analytical tools (e.g. Excel). Familiar with various statistical concepts to draw insights and conclusions from data.
• Communication Create presentations by translating technical analysis in a format that non-technical individuals can understand.
• Process Improvement Map current and future state processes and walk team members through the flows.
• Organization Able to prioritize and manage multiple activities to meet business timeline.
• AI Familiarity & Application Demonstrate an understanding of artificial intelligence and its practical uses in process automation. Leverage AI tools and solutions to enhance efficiency support decision-making and drive innovation within team projects.
