Performs retail sales operations in the Mayo Clinic Store Logo Apparel and Gifts. Assists customers with the selection and sale of logo merchandise and other gift items. Performs cash register functions in a competent and accurate manner; prepares stocks and merchandises inventory; provides excellent customer service to patients visitors and Mayo employees. May also assist with inventory processes of ordering and receiving store merchandise and supplies. May be assigned additional duties related to re-merchandising areas of the sales floor and display areas internal/external marketing activities other special projects and workgroups. May be asked to work in other Mayo Clinic Store locations as needed. Must be able to lift/move up to 25 pounds and ability to push/pull fixtures and merchandise.
High school diploma or equivalent. Two years of previous customer service required with a minimum of one year of retail environment experience.
