Responsibilities
Provide individual group and/or family therapy to clients navigating perinatal mood disorders parenting challenges and life transitions.
Conduct thorough assessments and create individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including obstetricians pediatricians and other care providers.
Stay updated on best practices in maternal mental health through professional development.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Qualifications
Masters or Doctoral degree in Social Work Counseling Psychology or a related field.
Current licensure in Maryland Virginia or Washington DC (LCSW-C LPC LCPC LMFT or equivalent). Licensure in multiple jurisdictions is a plus!
Specialized training or experience in maternal mental health perinatal mood disorders or related areas preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centered approach.
