Position Overview
Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) for a home health role in Sacramento CA.
This position involves providing therapy services directly in patients homes helping improve functional independence mobility and ADLs across a post-acute population.
Requirements

Active California OT License
-
BLS Certification (AHA)

NPI Number required
-
Minimum 2 years of healthcare experience required

Home Health experience strongly preferred

Valid Drivers License Auto Insurance (required)

Must be comfortable working independently in the field
Assignment Details

Schedule: MondayFriday 8:30 AM 5:00 PM

Hours: 40 hours/week

Duration: 13 weeks

Coverage Area: Northeast Sacramento to Folsom

Average Caseload: 4 visits per day (evals revisits)

Floating: First to float as needed

Facility may cancel up to 4 shifts per contract
