Role Overview Shizen India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive / Assistant Manager (AM) / Deputy Manager (DM) with over 3 years of experience in B2B or Industrial Sales. The role involves driving revenue growth strengthening customer relationships and expanding market presence for Shizen Energys lithium battery solutions across EV Energy Storage Systems (ESS) and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) segments.
Key Responsibilities -
Identify approach and onboard new customers and channel partners.

Promote and sell Shizen Energys EV ESS and MHE lithium battery solutions.

Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Conduct product presentations demonstrations and regular customer visits.

Prepare quotations negotiate pricing and successfully close sales deals.

Coordinate with internal teams including Production Service and Accounts for smooth order execution.

Maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups after-sales support and feedback collection.

Monitor market trends competitor activities and prepare periodic sales reports.

Participate in exhibitions trade shows and promotional events to enhance brand visibility.
Skills & Competencies -
Proven experience in B2B / Industrial Sales (preferably in the EV or Energy sector).

Strong communication presentation and negotiation skills.

Working knowledge of CRM tools MS Excel and sales reporting systems.

Highly customer-focused with a target-driven mindset.
-
Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions.
