Job Description
This position is responsibletostudytender preparetendercomplianceprepare/arrange biddocumentscollaboratewith multiplestakeholderstodriveentiretender processfromstart till bidsubmission.
The individual willclosely workwith CustomerCommercialteam Productmanagementlegalother regulatory/trade compliance& support functionsfortimely& compliant execution oftheentire tender process.
The position requires multitaskingprioritizingmaintainingrecordspreparing /presentingtenderanalyticsworking on tender process improvement&contributing towards growth of the tender business.
Responsibilities
Take ownership of tender process & drive the process from start toend.
Responsible for supporting the commercial teams in tender submission and achieving tender revenue target fromboth online and offlineenquiries.
Submission of detailedcostedand persuasive tender proposal to gain business contract/projects.
Administration of tender requirement and contract pricing in collaboration with the commercial team.
Developing andmaintaininga strong working relationship with internal and external stakeholder.
Vet through incoming tenders and keep track of tender due date project start and end date tender submission instructions/requirementand mode of submission.
Act as the central contact for internal and external stakeholders for tender queries and contract issues. Maintain archives of tender documents and records.
Raise potential risks and issues in relation to the tenderprocessas necessary.
Track download and upload documentation and work within customer specific portals.
GEM Data regular analysis with product segment wise and win and loss ratio analytics.
GEM business plan for increase in market share and analytics
Ensure tracking of opportunities and live tenders to report and improve win rates.
Facilitate completion of all the tender documentationin a timelymannerproactively secure &maintaindatabase ofthe documentation regularlyfor submission.
Coordinate activities between all functions throughout the durationof thetender process.
Establish standard process andmaintaina database / library of Tender/RFP responses to questions focused on the company capabilities. Making connections with functions across the business&continually improve the content.
Co-ordinate the Tender Implementation plan for awarded tenders to secure orders and to drive customer satisfaction.
Bring forward ideas and solutions for continuousimprovementleadprocessimprovement projects.
Build partnerships with key stakeholders and provide front line support for business.
Request from various groups working independently or with functional analysts to create reports datasetsand mechanisms to provide visibility to businessdata.
Creates refines anddeleteswork items in the team backlogtokeep it organized relevant and progressively elaborated just in time.
Works with Product Managementcustomersand stakeholders to ensure their wants and needs are backed into the backlog in succinct and plain language.
Document business requirements and business process flows.
Coordinate with SFDC/CRMteamfor correct reflection of tender business.
Develop system reports using SQL and business model.
Provide floor support to internal and external customer with closure centric approach.
Candidate Requirement
Education & Experience levels:ScienceGraduate withmore than 10years experience in a similar field.Nature of experience:Tender preparation and start to end tender processmanagement.
Skills:Tender preparationtendermanagementknowledge ofGeM(Government E marketplace)processprocess definition processimprovementproficiencyin MSOfficeExcelPower pointexperience ofSAP/SFDC/other CRM tool will be an addedadvantagegood communicationandpresentation skills.
