Were launching a development-focused opportunity within our People Support team for a People professional who is ready to learn grow and build a longterm career in People & Safety. This role is ideal for someone looking to deepen their people advisory experience gain exposure across a large operational workforce and continue building capability with strong support and mentoring.

The role is designed as a developmental pathway providing handson experience and structured learning while supporting leaders and frontline teams across our Tasmania and Victoria depots.

This position focuses on learning by doing building capability over time and preparing you for future People Advisor Senior Advisor or Business Partner roles. A tailored learning and development program will be built around your experience and development goals.

About the Role

As a People Advisor youll be part of a supportive People Support team and will work closely with People Leaders employees and our broader People & Safety function. Youll be supported to progressively build your confidence and capability with guidance from experienced People leaders as you take on increasing responsibility.

Youll be involved in the daytoday people activities that keep our business moving including:

  • Provide advice and guidance on day-to-day employee relations matters including performance disciplinary and grievance issues.
  • Support managers with meetings documentation and coaching conversations.
  • Assist in delivering cyclical people activities that build engagement diversity and retention.
  • Collate and report on trends highlighting areas for recognition and improvement.
  • Work closely with the People & Safety team and Service Delivery teams to roll out projects and initiatives.
  • Help foster a culture that reflects Kinetics values.

What Were Looking For

Were looking for someone early in their HR journey who is curious motivated and excited to learn.

You might be:

  • A recent graduate in Human Resources Business Psychology or a related discipline or
  • Someone with 12 years experience in a HR People & Culture or peoplefacing coordination role

Youll also bring:

  • A genuine interest in people workplace culture and employee relations
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to build relationships at all levels
  • A high level of organisation and attention to detail
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to ask questions and learn
  • An adaptable teamfocused approach comfortable working in a fastpaced operational environment

No prior employee relations expertise is required well support your development in this space.
