The Opportunity:

Were looking for an experienced Business Partner People and Culture to join our team on a 12-month maximum term full-time role based in our East Perth office.

This is a hands on generalist opportunity where youll partner closely with leaders and employees across the business supporting the full employee lifecycle and helping shape a positive compliant and high performing workplace. Youll be trusted to provide practical advice navigate employee relations matters with confidence and contribute to meaningful people initiatives that make a real difference.

About You:

Youre people focused with solid generalist HR experience and a calm thoughtful approach to complex situations. You bring sound judgement strong communication skills and a genuine desire to support leaders and employees in doing their best work.

Youre comfortable advising on the full People and Culture lifecycle - from attraction and engagement through to performance remuneration and employee relations. You know how to balance organisational needs with empathy fairness and compliance and youre confident interpreting legislation awards and policies to guide informed decision making.

You build trust easily communicate clearly and take pride in delivering work thats accurate and aligned to best practice. Whether coaching managers drafting employment documentation managing investigations or contributing to policy and process improvement you approach your work with professionalism and care.

Youve completed a tertiary qualification in HR or a related field with demonstrated experience in a generalist role. Knowledge of employment legislation the Fair Work Act 2009 and National Employment Standards is essential and Korn Ferry Job Evaluation Training is desirable.
