WebBeds is a travel brand of the Web Travel Group (ASX: WEB).
In this role you will:
Drive sales growth from new and existing customers and maximize revenue generation within a specific key region. This includes accurately forecasting business and market needs formulating and implementing sales strategies to improve efficiency and achieving sales targets all while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all prospective and existing customers within the assigned regions.
- Develop and maintain business relationships with new and existing Wholesalers Travel Agents and Corporate Travel Partners Retailers and New Emerging Channels.
- Formulate sales strategies and drive sales volume growth from efficiency improvements
- Develop and optimize the API business with customers in the sales territory.
- Promote and sell online products and services via companys web interface and train clients to book via POS booking system.
- Initiate and execute action plans to source and acquire new clients.
- Collaborate closely with XML/BI support teams to facilitate clients XML integrations and product optimizations.
- Work closely with the Operations team to support client customer service.
- Liaise with the Finance team regarding client account setup and payment collection.
- Monitor progress towards sales targets and submit regular sales reports new projects trackers and market intelligence reports.
The skills we would love to see in your suitcase:
- Bachelors degree required.
- 5 years of sales experience in travel/hospitality.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Product XML knowledge.
- Driven hardworking and goal-oriented individual.
- Dynamic outgoing with a high degree of customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated resourceful highly independent innovative creative and results oriented.
