Key Responsibilities:
- Drive AbbVies commercial excellence in neuroscience by leading early stakeholder engagement initiatives (e.g. with HCPs payers patient groups).
- Establish and nurture Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships to build advocacy and scientific partnership prior to and after launches.
- Lead market shaping and disease education initiatives to expand patient awareness and build sustainable market demand.
- Collaborate with regional/global teams to align on go-to-market strategies best practices and leverage central resources.
- Provide strategic input into brand planning pipeline forecasting and long-term portfolio growth.
- Ensure insights from the field and stakeholders are incorporated into brand plans.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or advanced degree in life sciences business or related field.
- 7 years pharmaceutical marketing or commercial excellence experience; neuroscience or hospital-based specialty highly valued.
- Demonstrated track record in KOL engagement and launch excellence.
- Strong communication stakeholder management and strategic agility.
- Excellent and effective oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese proficiency in use of standard software app especially Power Point and Excel.
