GenAI Engineer

Position Description:

Position Name: GenAI Engineer
Location: Pune (Hybrid currently 2 days WFO future 3 days)
Experience: 510 Years

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Design build and deploy LLM-powered applications and AI agents to automate business workflows.
Develop reusable agentic AI components aligned with the organizations technology stack.
Work hands-on with Python LangChain and LlamaIndex to build scalable GenAI solutions.
Integrate OpenAI APIs and open-source LLM models such as GPT LLaMA and Gemini.
Prepare and process structured and unstructured datasets for model training and fine-tuning.
Deploy scalable AI solutions on cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
Implement MLOps best practices for model deployment monitoring and lifecycle management.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI and Large Language Models.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must Have Skills

Strong Python programming with hands-on development experience.
Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and NLP solutions.
Hands-on experience with LangChain and LlamaIndex frameworks.
Experience integrating OpenAI APIs or similar LLM APIs.
Experience building LLM-based applications such as chatbots automation tools or AI agents.
Experience preparing structured and unstructured datasets for model training or fine-tuning.
Experience deploying applications on cloud platforms (Azure preferred AWS/GCP acceptable).
Strong problem-solving skills and experience building production-grade AI solutions.

Good to Have Skills

Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone FAISS or Weaviate.
Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
Experience working with open-source LLMs such as LLaMA Mistral or similar models.
Experience with MLOps tools and AI model lifecycle management.
Understanding of prompt engineering and LLM optimization techniques.
Experience working with AI agent frameworks and multi-agent systems.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for AI applications.
