An opportunity for experienced FITTERS (MECHANICAL) are required to support heavy plant manufacturing equipment maintenance and reliability. Permanent employment based in Mpumalanga (Manufacturing Industrial Region).

Duties & Responsibilities

Maintain and repair gearboxes bearings feed systems and rotating equipment
Support presses dryers conveyors and utilities
Conduct shutdown and breakdown maintenance
Work with engineering and planning units to sustain operations
Ensure adherence to safety and quality work standards

Desired Experience & Qualification

Qualified Mechanical Fitter / Millwright (Red Seal preferred) or equivalent
5 years industrial plant mechanical experience
Strong fault-finding and heavy plant skills
Welding and fabrication advantageous
Safety culture and teamwork
Traceable & contactable references
Local residency or relocation required
