Job Summary
Introduction
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Conveyancer to join a dynamic and growing legal firm based in Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth). We are seeking a dedicated professional with a strong conveyancing background who is eager to grow with an upcoming firm.
Duties & Responsibilities
Minimum Requirements:
- Admitted Attorney and Conveyancer.
- Minimum 5 years post-admission conveyancing experience.
- Proven ability to manage conveyancing matters independently.
- Sound knowledge of conveyancing procedures Deeds Office requirements and compliance.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Excellent communication and client-service skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing property transfers from instruction to registration.
- Liaising with clients estate agents banks and other stakeholders.
- Drafting and reviewing conveyancing documentation.
- Ensuring full compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
