We are looking for an Email Marketing Manager to execute email and SMS campaigns manage lifecycle flows oversee segmentation coordinate internally and with clients and maintain the highest QA standards. This role requires strong attention to detail excellent written communication and deep familiarity with Klaviyo and modern email/SMS execution workflows.
Write detailed campaign briefs using internal AI tools and verify all outputs for clarity accuracy and strategic alignment.
Execute email and SMS campaigns according to predetermined plans.
Submit structured production tickets for design and development teams.
Track workflow progress follow up with collaborators and ensure all deadlines are met.
Build update and maintain lifecycle flows and automations within Klaviyo.
Create and QA audience segments for campaigns and flows.
Schedule campaigns with correct segmentation A/B tests UTMs throttling and all required parameters.
Maintain zero-error send standards.
Write direct-response email copy using internal AI-assisted writing tools.
Draft concise high-converting SMS copy tailored to brand tone.
Manage client-facing communication channels and document requests revisions and action items.
Route updates to internal teams and ensure timely follow-through.
Provide clear status updates on active and upcoming deliverables.
Translate meeting notes client asks and Slack messages into organized ClickUp tasks.
Keep ClickUp boards clean updated and fully accurate.
Proactively follow up with internal team members to ensure deadlines are met.
Manage deliverables from external vendors and partners as required.
Ensure partner work meets quality expectations and timeline requirements.
Pull ad-hoc email and SMS performance metrics.
Assemble clean accurate reporting summaries for strategists or clients.
Validate all data prior to distribution.
QA proofs builds segments flows links renders and compliance checks before client delivery.
Ensure all work adheres to internal creative technical and deliverability standards.
3 years of email marketing experience (agency or in-house).
Strong understanding of segmentation lifecycle flows and campaign execution.
Hands-on experience with Klaviyo.
Excellent written English and professional communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail with a QA-first mentality.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Comfortable working within Slack WhatsApp and ClickUp.
Highly organized proactive and dependable.
Must be able to work PST hours or have substantial daily overlap with the PST timezone.
