Position Overview
The Marketing & Business Development Coordinator plays a key role in elevating Tempe Mechanicals brand and supporting strategic growth initiatives. This role blends creative content development with proposal and business development support across the company.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Content Creation
- Manage all company social media channels.
- Plan and maintain monthly content calendar.
- Capture and edit photo/video content.
- Create graphics using Canva Lightroom etc.
- Design and update marketing collateral.
- Manage branded swag and inventory.
- Maintain consistent brand identity.
Business Development Support
- Assist with proposal preparation.
- CRM updates scheduling and meeting prep.
- Support trade shows events and client meetings.
- Conduct industry/client research.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Help manage calendars deadlines and invites.
- Balance multiple projects and communicate needs.
- Provide general marketing and BD support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in marketing communications BD or coordination.
- Experience managing social media platforms.
- Ability to capture high-quality photo/video content.
- Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Lightroom.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Proposal/RFP experience is a plus.
- Construction industry familiarity helpful but not required.
