Job Summary:
The Field Service Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the operations of field service staff ensuring efficient scheduling reliable service delivery and excellent customer relations. This role is crucial in maintaining the organizations reputation for quality service and client satisfaction.
Day-to-Day Duties:
- Manage scheduling and dispatching of field technicians to customer locations.
- Stay in regular communication with clients to address needs and service requests.
- Keep accurate records of service calls technician schedules and job completion data.
- Implement processes that enhance efficiency and service quality in field operations.
- Coordinate inventory of tools and parts to ensure technicians are well-equipped.
- Train and support field service personnel keeping them informed about new procedures.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to facilitate a seamless service experience.
Must-Haves:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in scheduling and CRM software.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to quality service delivery.
Nice to Haves:
- Previous experience in field service coordination or similar roles.
- Background in customer service and client relationship management.
- Familiarity with technical or repair environments.
