Key Responsibilities
As a Training Specialist you will play a critical role in empowering employees with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed. Responsibilities include:
Designing developing and delivering engaging training programs and materials
Facilitating training sessions for individuals and groups both in-person and virtual
Partnering with leaders to assess training needs through surveys interviews and consultations
Measuring training effectiveness and continuously improving programs
Staying current on training methodologies tools and best practices
Maintaining accurate training records and providing clear reporting on outcomes
Required Skills
Strong presentation and facilitation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to design engaging and effective training materials
Proficiency with training software and learning tools
Strong organizational time management and multitasking skills
Ability to assess training needs and evaluate learning outcomes
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Education Human Resources or a related field
Proven experience as a Training Specialist or in a similar role
Training and Development certification is a plus
