What this job involves:

The Senior Facilities Manager serves as the single point of contact responsible for comprehensive facilities management working closely with the Sr. Facilities Manager and Account Leader to deliver quality facility management services. This role coordinates and manages tenant requirements and service delivery to ensure client satisfaction while implementing innovative programs and processes that reduce operating costs and increase productivity. The Facilities Manager leads facilities staff manages budgets oversees reporting requirements and maintains seamless client relationships through leadership responsiveness and creativity. This position requires on-site presence five days per week and offers the opportunity to drive operational excellence while contributing to JLLs facilities management best practices.

What your day-to-day will look like:

Support the Regional Facilities Manager and Account Lead in implementing short and long-term goals and projects for the client

Manage work assignments for building technicians vendors and contractors while ensuring compliance with client and JLL policies

Oversee monthly quarterly and annual reporting requirements and complete all facilities-related reports accurately and on time

Develop and manage capital and expense budgets by interfacing closely with client representatives

Lead facilities staff to deliver expected service levels within prescribed budgets and performance indicators

Conduct contractor oversight when on-site ensuring adherence to all safety compliance and service delivery standards

Prepare operating budget reports monthly forecasts and variance reports while recommending capital improvements

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management with management/technical emphasis

5 years industry experience in corporate environment third party service provider or consulting role

Strong leadership and management skills with ability to manage both technical and administrative staff

Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills

Proficiency in MS programs including Excel PowerPoint and Outlook

Computer proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)

Ability to work on-site 5 days per week

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA or advanced degree in relevant field

Experience developing and implementing annual management plans for commercial buildings

Background in budget development and variance analysis

Experience with capital improvement recommendations and project oversight

Knowledge of facilities management best practices and innovation implementation

Track record of maintaining positive client relationships in facilities management environment

Experience sharing innovations and contributing to organizational best practices

Work Shift:Standard business hours (5 days per week on-site required)
