Excitingplace to start your nursing career!2CGHJ is a 51-bed medical surgical telemetry unit that focuses on Medical/Surgical patients a hall dedicated toservepatients with heart failure and 2 halls that serve as the primary inpatient unit for our great Family Medicine residency program. The unit is one of the newest units in the hospital as it originally opened in 2021 to accommodate covid patients and has transitioned into a comprehensive Medical/Surgical unit.Atrium Health Cabarrus is the only hospital in the county of Cabarrus and is northeast of the largest city in NC so the unit was needed to form to meet the increased hospital census needs. Medical-Surgical nursing gives you foundational skills for your nursing career. The unit provides excellent patient care and great teamwork. Come join our team of excellent professionals!
ExpectationsWereLooking For:
Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association

Atrium Health Cabarrus is a 457-bed tertiary care facility serving Cabarrus Mecklenburg and surrounding counties. As a designated Level III Trauma Center we provide comprehensive emergency services and a wide range of specialty medical care.
