Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Phoenix AZ (Onsite)
Duration: 12 Weeks Contract
Schedule:
12-hour shifts (6:00 AM 6:30 PM)
Day Shift
Pay Rate: $63 per hour
Position Overview
A healthcare organization in Phoenix Arizona is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide quality patient care in a clinical or long-term care setting.
This role is open to new graduates as well as candidates with less than 1 year of experience making it an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a supportive healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Monitor evaluate and document patient progress and outcomes.
Communicate effectively with patients families and healthcare teams.
Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
Participate in shift reports and care coordination activities.
Support staff training and development initiatives as needed.
Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations.
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) License
CPR / Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care
Exposure to geriatric patient care is a plus
