Job Summary
- Support senior leaders in developing and evaluating mid- to long-term business strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Conduct market competitor customer and industry trend analyses to inform strategic decision-making.
- Assist with product portfolio development by analyzing performance pricing and growth opportunities.
- Prepare business cases financial models and strategic recommendations for new initiatives and ongoing business improvements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial Operations and Supply Chain teams to ensure strategic alignment.
- Develop executive-level presentations insights and recommendations for management discussions.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Economics Engineering or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in business strategy corporate planning consulting investment or other analytical roles.
- Experience in consulting (preferred).
- Strong analytical problem-solving and structured thinking skills.
- Comfortable working with data financial analysis and market research.
- Able to communicate insights clearly and effectively to senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrates a growth mindset; eager to learn and continuously expand perspective.
- Interest in leveraging AI and digital tools to enhance analysis and decision-making.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
