About the role
This role is pivotal in driving a major enterprise transformation implementing a new online field management system to optimise crew dispatch enhance operational efficiency and improve service delivery for our this role you will support the Senior Change Lead with readiness and engagement activities for this role centre on assessing impacts planning and executing change management strategies preparing stakeholders for change and ensuring ongoing engagement and communication. The goal is to enable a successful launch of the new system by supporting adoption and minimising resistance across the organisation.
