An opportunity for an experienced SENIOR BOILER & POWER PLANT MANAGER is required to lead steam generation biomass energy plant and utilities for continuous manufacturing operations. Permanent employment based in Mpumalanga (Manufacturing Industrial Region). A seasoned boiler and power plant professionalis required.

Duties & Responsibilities

Manage boiler operations and fuel handling systems
Supervise power plant staff and uptime performance
Supporting continuous production
Develop energy efficiency and maintenance strategies
Ensure compliance with statutory boiler and power regulations
Drive safety culture and technical excellence
Leadership of operations teams

Desired Experience & Qualification

Boiler / power plant certification or industrial utilities qualification
Proven power plant management / senior manager (8-10 years) experience
Industrial (Plant) Manufacturing or energy-intensive industry background essential.
Steam systems fuels and efficiency expertise
Leadership in high-output environments
Safety and regulatory compliance focus

Local residency or relocation required
