The Senior Director of Clinical Services provides senior level leadership and strategic oversight for all Progress Valley treatment programs. Reporting to the COO this role ensures the organizations clinical vision regulatory compliance and service quality are aligned with agency goals and long-term strategic priorities. The Senior Director establishes overarching clinical standards drives innovation strengthens system wide performance and guides program leaders in executing a unified strategic plan. The Director must be an LADC and licensed mental health professional qualified to provide clinical supervision.
