The Customer Technical Services Representative provides remote technical support and serves as a liaison between manufacturing teams and customers. Act as a technical liaison between manufacturing teams and customers providing expert advice and technical solutions

Investigate address and resolve customer concerns to maintain product quality and satisfaction

Manage customer packaging initiatives deliver technical education and conduct testing to meet quality and project requirements

Support new product development cost-saving initiatives and regulatory compliance efforts

Coordinate product evaluations and testing at customer sites to ensure quality standards

Assess materials performance specifications container applications and material substitutions related to customer use
What You Need to Have

Bachelors degree in Food Science Microbiology Chemistry Packaging Engineering or a related scientific field

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Excellent listening verbal and written communication skills to build and maintain customer relationships

Willingness to travel domestically up to 25%
