What You Will Do:

This role supervises the maintenance of asset records from construction and operations project and resource management stakeholder involvement and monitoring of work. Supports reliability performance goals. Schedules assigns and monitors the work of employees and / or contractors. Pre / post inspection of asset records resolves record and attribute discrepancies reviews contractor expenses to ensure accurate time. Ensures proper RIM policies are followed and manages physical and digital record storage. Resolves stakeholder complaints and requests. Advises and assists in technical training and development of employees. Utilization of SAP/Maximo GIS (ESRI) FileNet DOT Sharepoint and other work management applications. Monitors budget goals and employee productivity.

Who You Are:

The knowledge skills abilities and experience required for entry into this job include the following:

7 years directly related experience (plus Associates degree or its equivalent) or at least 5 years of directly related experience (plus Bachelors degree)

Skills: leadership; contract interpretation; interpersonal; strong verbal and written communication; project and time management; organizing.

Abilities: teaming; motivate employees; decision making; handle constantly changing and emerging priorities; schedule and prioritize work; physical attributes required to perform essential function of the job - walking climbing stooping bending and prolonged standing.

Full knowledge of pipeline distribution system; construction work methods is preferred

Education Requirements

Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education:

Associate
