As a Regional Account Manager youll build and maintain strong long-term relationships with a portfolio of customers. Youll connect with key decision-makers provide expert guidance on Kal Tire products and services and work closely with internal teams to ensure we deliver on our promises. Youll play a key role in identifying opportunities expanding our market presence and supporting the success of both our customers and our stores.
- Develop and nurture trusted advisor relationships with assigned accounts and key stakeholders.
- Maintain and grow your regional B2B sales portfolio through proactive client engagement and market insight.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services that meet customer needs.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.
- Support store management in implementing sales strategies.
- Monitor account performance track key metrics and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Participate in industry events and build networks that strengthen Kal Tires presence in the market.
- Minimum Grade 12 or GED equivalent; post-secondary diploma or degree preferred or a relevant combination of education and experience.
- 3 years of experience in account management sales or a related customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a sales-driven mindset and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- A customer-first mindset and proven ability to deliver results.
- Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and act on new opportunities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce experience is an asset).
- Valid drivers licence.
- Flexibility to travel within the region as required. (1 week per year)

- Target compensation: $60480 to $77662 per year based on experience.
