WHO WE ARE

We are a Contracts and Tender Management function responsible for regional contract lifecycle activities and competitive tender submissions across consumables equipment and service portfolios. The team supports commercial operations by managing RFPs RFQs RFIs contract documentation pricing eligibility and contractual terms in alignment with internal procedures and regulatory requirements. We work with Sales Marketing Pricing Quality Regulatory Affairs Logistics and Legal to ensure accurate compliant and timely execution of all contract and tender processes.

WHAT YOULL BE DOING

• Managing endtoend contract and tender processes including resigns renewals competitive tenders RFPs RFQs and RFIs.
• Developing reviewing implementing and maintaining contract language pricing structures amendments and eligibility in accordance with internal standards and documented procedures.
• Leading project management activities for contract resigns and tender submissions including adherence to timelines approval workflows and the Contract Calendar.
• Conducting terms and conditions analysis validating requested changes coordinating with Legal and internal stakeholders and securing required approvals.
• Executing and maintaining lifecycle activities for new contracts renewals capital agreements consumables lease agreements service agreements quotes and extensions.
• Ensuring compliance with SOPs BOPs Approval Rights Signature Rights RACI requirements contract templates and applicable regulatory obligations.

WHAT YOULL BRING

• University degree in Business Administration Contract Management or a related field.
• 24 years of experience in contract management pricing management or RFP/RFQ/RFI management; healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience with contract development redlining terms and conditions evaluation pricing structures and document control.
• Experience with Group Purchasing Organizations or customer buying groups and associated contract requirements.
• Experience with ERP BI and workflow systems such as JD Edwards and Cognos and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Professional designation such as PMP CAPM or APMP preferred.

At Baxter we are committed to equitable pay for all employees and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated salary range for this position is $98560.00 - $147840.00 annually which is inclusive of base salary as well as estimated commissions based on expected target performance. Individual pay will be determined based upon skills expertise and experience as well as achievement of sales performance to goal.
