Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Transactional Associate Attorney to join our expanding practice. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong transactional experience and a refined understanding of business law with the ability to manage complex legal matters across a broad spectrum of industries. Key Responsibilities

Draft review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements.

Work with clients in the healthcare sector on regulatory and business matters.
