KONE is seeking an experienced and commercially astute Branch Manager to lead our South Australian business.

The Branch Manager holds full accountability for branch performance including P&L safety customer satisfaction and growth. You will lead a team of over 40 technicians sales and support staff. This will oversee a significant amount of individual elevator and escalators split across new building service and modernisation of the business.

While this role has a strong general management focus it does lean toward the commercial side of the business requiring a leader who is confident driving revenue building customer partnerships and utilsing the strong market presence for continued growth.

About You

  • Proven experience as a General Manager Branch Manager or senior operational leader

  • Technical expertise is not required however experience leading technical or servicebased teams is highly regarded.

  • Strong commercial and sales leadership capability

  • Experience in construction property services or a similar servicebased environment

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and grow teams in a complex multidisciplinary business

  • Excellent stakeholder and customer relationship management skills

  • A strong commitment to safety compliance and operational excellence
