Some of the key responsibilities include:

• Lead a cluster of stations across South Queensland aligning with Europcar values and goals

• Foster a customer-first culture at all touchpoints

• Ensure operational excellence and policy adherence reflected in audit results

• Develop management teams to exceed KPI targets

• End-to-end people management experience

• Collaborate with Fleet to ensure optimal vehicle mix and fleet utilisation

• Promote Europcar service and quality standards to meet expectations

• Continuously review outsourced operations

To be considered for this position you should possess:

• Minimum 3 years senior management experience in multi-site operations or large teams

• Extensive knowledge of car rental or similar retail industries preferred

• Strong leadership and people management for on-site and remote teams

• Customer-first approach with an operations background

• Business acumen to drive statewide revenue growth and profitability

• Analytical skills with experience in financials wages and headcount control

• Ability to motivate teams towards shared goals and KPIs

• Resilient hands-on and adaptable under pressure

• Experience with cost control and budget management

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Flexibility in travelling intrastate and interstate on a regular basis
