Job Summary:
The Merchandise Operations Specialist II works with the Merchandising Operations team to support the Go-to-Market process. Provides assistance and takes the lead in supporting the Global Merchandising team throughout seasonal calendar timelines while maintaining excellent working relationships across divisional teams to help align and execute planned timeline activities.

Responsibilities:
40% Consults with the Merchandising Operations team and cross-functional partners on the seasonal Go-to-Market product-creation calendar.

20% Consults with the Merchandising Operations team and cross-functional partners on the seasonal waypoint meetings as it relates to agenda set up and facilitation where applicable.

20% Consults with the Merchandising Operations team and cross-functional partners on process-enhancement needs.

15% Consults with the Merchandising Operations team and cross-functional partners on the seasonal apparel salesman sample review meetings as it relates to agenda set up and facilitation where applicable.

5% Supports the Merchandising and Design teams on onboarding and process training where applicable.

5% Performs other duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements:
Bachelors degree applicable certification or equivalent experience.
Typically requires 2-4 years of professional experience and general proficiency with tools systems and procedures required to accomplish the job.

Collaboration is generally conducted in person unless the role has been pre-approved for remote work.
