Job Summary
セントラルオペレーションはAmazon Logistics(AMZL)の新しい取り組みです急速に拡大している物流の最後の区間ラストマイルネットワークを運営するためのオペレーションを構築しますセントラルオペレーションは注文数の予測や配送ドライバー台数の計画運用方法を改革していくことを目指したAMZLの要となる重要な取り組みです
そのためイノベーションと問題解決に情熱を持ち世界最高レベルの顧客体験を創造する能力を持つスケジュールアシスタントを募集しています
セントラルオペレーションのスケジュールアシスタントとして日本にある全てのAMZLデリバリーステーション(DS)をサポートする重要な役割を担っていただきます
勤務形態は40時間/週日勤08:0017:0013:0022:00シフト制勤務(土日祝日含む)となります

当日や翌日の注文数の予測を毎日実行します
一日に何百万もの注文を届けるために必要な配送ドライバー台数を計画し発注します
Amazonの業務管理ツールを使用しデリバリーステーションや他のチームと配送ドライバー発注数の調整をおこないます
計画の正確性コスト顧客満足度に対する責任を負いネットワーク全体にわたってのベストプラクティスや標準作業手順の創出展開にも貢献します
正確かつスピード感をもって業務を進めていける方を求めています
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Work 40 hours/week and overtime as required
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area including weekends nights and/or holidays
- Experience in Business English skills both verbal and written
- 1 years of working with computers and Microsoft Office (including Outlook Word and Excel) experience
- Speak write and read fluently in Japanese at a business level or above (N1)
