Sr. Client Executive - Government

Are you passionate about the chance to bring your sales experience to a world class company that is market leading for both content and technology The role of theClient Executive is to increase CLEAR and associated products and partnership revenue usage and market share in government accounts in the assigned territory utilizing skills related to investigative research sales and building relationships.

Location: Remote based role prefer candidates based in Texas or Oklahoma

About the Role:
In this opportunity as a Sr. Client Executive you will:

  • Attain assigned renewal account goals
  • Provide high quality account management and customer support services to assigned accounts
  • Assist with the development negotiation presentation and implementation of subscriber contracts
  • Establish solid long-term customer trust relationships and cultivate new business opportunities by diagnosing needs presenting solutions and addressing customer concerns
  • Educate customers on the benefits of CLEAR and associated Solutions over competitors and train customers for optimal productivity
  • Partner with Sales Consultants to facilitate new sales
  • Advocate for solution sales with internal colleagues surfacing issues and enhancement ideas to drive technical improvements or product development efforts
  • Coordinate training efforts with state local and public safety teams
  • Coordinate local marketing and related efforts within assigned accounts
  • Keep up to date on competitive activities in accounts and communicate information to peers and to management

About You:
Youre a fit for the role of Sr. Client Executive if you:

  • 5 years of experiencein B2B sales account management or customer success (government public sector or regulated industries preferred)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Field Sales experience strongly preferred
  • Field Account Management and marketing experience strongly preferred
  • Investigative experience strongly preferred
  • Customer service orientation and experience
  • Proficient in MS Office/internet/ devices
  • Able to work from home office and travel to customer locations

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The target total cash compensation range varies across locations. For any eligible US locations unless otherwise noted the target total cash compensation range for this role is $147000 USD - $273000 USD. Pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individuals knowledge skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay and any target sales incentive are part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs. This is inclusive of both base pay and any target sales incentive.
