Duties & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Industrialisation Engineer to support the transition of satellite control systems from development into repeatable reliable production. This role sits at the interface between design manufacturing and quality ensuring complex control systems are industrialised efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the industrialisation of satellite control systems from prototype to series production
Define and optimise manufacturing and assembly processes
Work closely with design systems and production teams to ensure manufacturability
Develop production documentation work instructions and process flows
Identify and mitigate industrial and technical risks
Support supply chain and subcontractor readiness
Ensure compliance with quality reliability and traceability requirements
Contribute to continuous improvement and cost optimisation initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

Degree in Engineering (Aerospace Electrical Systems or similar)
Experience in industrialisation manufacturing engineering or production engineering
Strong knowledge of control systems (hardware and/or software)
Experience working in regulated or high-reliability environments (space aerospace defence)
Ability to interpret technical drawings schematics and system architectures
Strong problem-solving and cross-functional communication skills
