Role Overview:
We are looking for a Production Support Engineer with strong Python scripting and CI/CD pipeline experience to support mission-critical applications. The role involves incident management troubleshooting production issues automation using Python and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and reliable application deployments.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Provide L2/L3 production support for enterprise applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents performance issues and application failures.
Develop Python scripts for automation monitoring and operational tasks.
Support and maintain CI/CD pipelines for build and deployment processes.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
Work closely with DevOps development and infrastructure teams for issue resolution.
Monitor applications and ensure system stability and uptime.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Strong Python scripting experience.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins / GitLab CI / similar).
Experience in production support and incident management.
Good understanding of Linux/Unix environments.
Familiarity with Git and deployment pipelines.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
Exposure to Docker Kubernetes or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Experience with monitoring tools and log analysis.
Basic SQL/database troubleshooting knowledge.
