Schedule: Monday Friday 7:00 AM 3:00 PM or 7:30 AM 3:30 PM
Hours/Week: 37.5 Union Role No Weekends
Pay Rate: Local: $3375/week Travel: $3772/week

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a highly skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a specialized 60-day contract at a premier medical center in Manhattan. This is an excellent opportunity to work with cutting-edge imaging technology in a focused lab environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lab Operations: Manage and maintain Nuclear Lab equipment and daily operations.
Imaging Excellence: Perform PET/CT procedures with precision ensuring high-quality imaging and patient safety.
Patient Advocacy: Educate patients and their families on imaging procedures preparation and safety standards.
Compliance: Adhere strictly to all facility and state-specific imaging policies and protocols.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
Certifications: ARRT or NMTCB Certification in Nuclear Medicine; post-secondary certification in Computed Tomography (CT) required.
Current BCLS certification.
Valid New York State Radiologic Technologist License.
Education: Associates Degree required (Bachelors preferred).
