Role In Our Estate
- Providing admin support for the finance team
- Imputing items onto Logit stocktaking platform
- Inputting invoices
- Understanding of Sage 50 a benefit but not essential
- Chasing outstanding payments via email and phone
- Dealing with general queries
- Performing revenue audits
- Performing ad hoc tasks as required
- Liaising with internal departments
- Assisting with account reconciliations
This is a role that can be for someone new into Hotel finance operation who enjoys imputing and is task orientated. Youll play a key role in supporting the Accounts team and the Accounts Office Manager ensuing our process and procedures are followed efficiently.
