Administrative Assistant

• Minimal weekend involvement may occasionally be required due to emergency operations

• $15$19 per hour depending on experience
• Paid training provided
• Paid holidays after 90 days (company-approved holidays)

• Performance-based bonuses available

• Answering phones and assisting customers
• Supporting dispatch operations
• Working with TPA coordinators in Texas and Louisiana
• QuickBooks tasks including invoicing categorization payroll assistance and financial record management
• Accounts receivable and collections follow-up
• Document organization and file management
• Customer communication and job coordination
• Occasional trips to UPS FedEx or USPS as needed

• QuickBooks proficiency is REQUIRED. Applicants without QuickBooks experience will not be considered.
• Strong customer service and phone communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter and quick learner
• Organized and dependable
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check

• Payroll experience preferred (training available)
• Experience with Google Sheets and office software (training available)
• Experience in restoration construction or service industry offices is a plus
