About the role
About the role We have a fabulous opportunity for an experienced senior leader to join our team as the Integration & Transformation Programme Manager for our Packaging Division. This is a pivotal role for a high-caliber professional who thrives on driving large-scale change executing complex 80/20 transformation strategies and partnering with senior leadership to unlock the full commercial potential of our EMEA region.
This is a key leadership role where you will be responsible for the delivery of our 80/20 transformation program working in close coordination with the Packaging Finance Director and the EMEA Strategy & Transformation Director. Leveraging your strategic and commercial acumen you will implement robust programme governance monitor progress and manage risks to ensure we achieve our strategic goals. This includes embedding our Delivery Framework managing the RAID log and overseeing the EBITDA funnel to ensure benefits realization is tracked against our business cases.
The successful candidate will be expected to lead manage and motivate cross-functional delivery teams promoting a culture of collaborative working across our sub-regions. You will act as an advocate for change regularly reporting to the Packaging Management Team (PMT) and the SteerCo while ensuring that all projects are delivered in line with quality time and budget constraints. Your drive to lead by example and your ability to build relationships with internal and external partners will be essential in navigating our multinational matrix environment.
About you
- Proven track record in delivering strategic business transformation and change management programmes within a multinational corporate environment
- Excellent knowledge of techniques for planning monitoring and controlling complex programmes including financial budget management and benefits tracking
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on achieving organizational objectives
- Previous experience in corrugated packaging is highly desirable
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate and influence at the senior management level
- Highly skilled in MS Office Visio Project and PowerBI
- Project Management certifications (Prince 2 MSP or PMP) are highly desirable
- A can-do attitude with the energy and enthusiasm to navigate complex organizational structures and lead teams through significant transitions
Location: This is a full-time role split between home working and our Head Office in Paddington London with travel as required. We are also open to candidates based in EMEA locations.
