About the Man Group Returner Programme

During the six-month programme you will work on professional assignments based on your skills and interests and will benefit from coaching through the transition period from Career Returners together with internal mentoring and network access. At the end of the programme there will be the possibility of a permanent role with the organisation.

Who Man Group is Looking For

Man Group is keen to hear from candidates who have had a career break of at least 24 months (as of April 2026) with relevant previous experience within KYC/AML

Job Summary:
Role within the Central KYC team responsible for conducting client due diligence risk assessments and ongoing monitoring of business relationships across Man Group. The role ensures regulatory compliance with AML/CTF requirements while enabling business growth through efficient KYC processing and proactive risk management.

Execute day-to-day KYC operations and respond to business queries
Conduct risk assessments and review KYC reports for business relationships in accordance with Man Groups risk appetite and regulatory requirements
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve queries and obtain KYC documentation
Review and resolve screening alerts against sanctions PEPs and adverse information
Handle KYC requests for Man Groups funds and corporate entities
Prepare management information and KYC metrics
Support regulatory compliance tasks and manage ad-hoc project reequipments
Maintain accurate records in KYC systems and ensure data quality
Identify and implement process improvement to enhance efficiency and control effectiveness

Experience in KYC/AML operations preferably within asset management or financial services
Experience dealing with complex fund structures
Understanding of global AML/KYC regulations and industry best practices
Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to articulate risk concerns to senior stakeholders
Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Self-motivated with ability to work independently and collaboratively
Proficiency in MS Office
Desirable:
Experience with KYC platforms
