Job Summary
HPC-Industrial powered by Clean Harborsis looking foran Industrial Services Administratorto join their safety conscious team in Deer Park TX!The Industrial Services Administrator will be responsibleto provide administrative and clerical services to ensure effective and efficient area operations including responsibility for general clerical receptionist and project-based work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
- Oversee administrative program and processes for assigned area of responsibility across multiple branches districts and/or regions to optimize workflow and enforce consistency with a focus on the quote to cash process and customer contract background a plus;
- Participate in development of initiatives strategies and administrative plans to align with organizational goals setting objectives and establishing timelines for program execution.
- Track program progress measuring outcomes using KPIs assessing performance and implementing improvements.
- Act as primary point of contact with internal teams clients external partners and other stakeholders; facilitate engagement and resolve issues proactively.
- Maintain accurate records prepare reports and present program updates to senior leadership as needed.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Data entry experience a MUST;
- Enthusiastic personality;
- Exceptional communication skills;
- Proficient with Microsoft office (Excel Word).
What does it take to work for HPC-Industrial
- High School diploma or equivalent (required) Business related Bachelors preferred;
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills;
- Valid Drivers License and clean Motor Vehicle Record.
