Job Summary

Kadiak LLC a Koniag Government Services company is seeking an Executive Administrative Lead to support Kadiak and our government customer in Washington DC. This position requires a dynamic professional who can effectively bridge internal and external communications while supporting executive-level operations in a fast-paced IT Functions Responsibilities & Duties may include but are not limited to:Strategic Communication & Outreach:Plan develop and implement comprehensive outreach communication and marketing activities for both internal and external audiencesDesign and execute targeted messaging campaigns to reach specific participant groups and broad population segmentsSupport rapid dissemination of critical information regarding operational impacts and service disruptionsDevelop communication strategies that align with organizational goals and stakeholder needsStakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management:Maintain continuous contact with customers and communities through diverse engagement formats including focus groups site visitations interviews and other strategic communication methodsField and respond to inquiries from staff clients and customers via multiple channels (phone email chat online portals) related to organizational programs and activitiesBuild and sustain positive relationships with internal teams external partners and key stakeholdersServe as a liaison between executive leadership and various organizational constituenciesData Analysis & Performance Measurement:Capture analyze and interpret data collected through multiple communication channels to identify trends and support decision-making processesDevelop and implement methods to monitor and measure the effectiveness of products services and communication initiativesCompile track report and evaluate performance data to demonstrate program impact and ROIDocument and highlight achievements associated with service implementation and communication strategy executionAdministrative & Executive Support:Coordinate and support meeting engagements travel requirements and special eventsDevelop and prepare formal presentation materials for customers executive leadership and staffManage routing of documents and communications through appropriate organizational channelsProcess and coordinate reporting requirements and administrative documentationProvide executive-level administrative support including calendar management and logistics coordinationEducation and Experience Requirements:Minimum Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Communications Business Administration Information Technology or related fieldDemonstrated proficiency with Microsoft productivity suite (Word PowerPoint Excel SharePoint)Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levelsProven experience developing and supporting communication programs within an IT department or similar technical environmentGeneral understanding of software development life cycle principles and IT operationsAbility to excel in fast-paced team-oriented environments while managing multiple Conditions:This position requires full-time on-site presence at the designated government facility to provide direct support to organizational operations and maintain immediate availability for executive-level communications and stakeholder engagement role operates in a professional office environment with requirements for occasional travel to support meetings events and stakeholder engagement position demands flexibility to work extended hours and occasional overtime when supporting critical communications executive functions emergency response situations or time-sensitive organizational initiatives.
