Job Purpose

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be the driving force behind our growth acting as a brand ambassador and dedicated recruiter for our expanding teams. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment journey from initial sourcing to successful onboarding. Working closely with hiring managers you will execute sourcing strategies that tap into the vibrant talent pools of India and beyond. Your goal is to identify high-potential professionals who align with our innovative culture and help elevate our employer brand in the global marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end hiring process for technical (IT) and non-technical (Sales Ops Marketing) roles primarily focusing on the Indian market with exposure to global regions.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other niche job boards to build a consistent pipeline of high-quality passive candidates.
• Conduct initial screenings and competency-based interviews ensuring every candidate receives a professional and engaging experience.
• Partner with leadership and HR to understand specific hiring needs and provide regular updates on pipeline health.
• Support local recruitment marketing initiatives such as campus drives LinkedIn spotlights and community networking events.
• Maintain 100% accuracy in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) ensuring all candidate stages feedback and metrics are up to date.
• Monitor local salary benchmarks and competitor trends to provide insights that help us stay competitive in the tech-hub landscape.

Qualifications and Skills

• 35 years of proven experience in recruitment ideally with a solid understanding of both IT recruitment (Software Engineers QA Project Management) and Non-IT recruitment (Marketing Finance HR).
• Proficient in using ATS platforms (e.g. Greenhouse a plus) and modern sourcing tools.
• Skilled in screening for both technical aptitude and cultural fit; comfortable handling initial salary discussions.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and colleagues across different time zones.
• A can-do attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Ahmedabad or Pune with knowledge of the local talent landscape.
