Meet your team
You will join a local GRC team of 3 senior experts who will support your development
You will also be part of a larger Financials team of around 60 colleagues locally
Globally the Financials organization includes around 300 professionals
The local team covers a wide range of financial expertise areas providing an excellent learning environment
What youll do
Position title: SAP iXp Intern -GRC & Financials Support
Location: Budapest Hungary
Expected time schedule: at least 24 hours/week
Duration: min. 12 months
As an intern you will gain hands-on experience in SAP governance risk compliance and financial processes while supporting global customers and internal teams.
Learn and understand business processes and transactions in SAP GRC (Governance Risk and Compliance) and financial modules within SAP
Support customers through real-time communication channels and tools in resolving questions related to these areas
Analyze incoming support cases and perform basic troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical or business-related issues
Collaborate closely with fellow support colleagues and other internal teams to ensure high-quality customer service
Work at least 24 hours per week (3 days) with flexibility to adjust your schedule around your studies and the option to work partially remotely
Contribute to improving customer satisfaction by reviewing cases identifying improvement opportunities and sharing feedback with the team
What you bring
Ongoing studies inBusiness Accounting Management Computer Engineering or other technology/science-related fields (BA/BSc or MA/MSc)
Active student status
Fluent Hungarian and English both written and spoken
Customer- and quality-oriented mindset
Ability to work effectively in multicultural teams
Open personality with strong communication skills
Quick learner with interest in IT systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
