Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding & Pre-Hire Support

  • Own enhance and continuouslyelevate a best-in-classonboardingcultureandequipsevery newmember for successfrom day one
  • Ensure all aspects of theprehireand onboarding process are completed accurately and on time
  • Serve as a welcoming and knowledgeable point of contact for new hires ensuring they feel supported throughout their transition

HR Operations & Support

  • Provide day-to-day HR support across the full HR team including recruitment coordination traininglogistics and employee experience tasks
  • Ownsthe maintenanceof HRfiles records and documentation ensuring accuracy and full compliance with regulatory and organizationalrequirements.
  • Assist with HR policy updates process improvements and HR initiatives designed to support ahigh growthenvironment
  • Partner with HR leadership to keep HR operations running smoothly professionally and with a strong service mindset

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced evolving environment

MinimumRequirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience supportinganHR department
  • Ability to be on-site in our Stillwater plant 2-3 days per week

Physical Demands

The work environment will be a mix of a typical office environment a manufacturingfloorand a construction site.Noise level: Normal officemanufacturingand construction noises.
