Were hiring a Clinical Manager Registered Nurse who wants leadership responsibility a stable weekday schedule and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a growing healthcare organization.
Youll step into a leadership role focused on providing oversight and direction to the clinical team while ensuring high-quality patient addition to team management you will provide direct patient care in home settings when necessary and collaborate closely with executive leadership.
Youll practice in Birmingham Alabama the states largest city and a hub for healthcare innovation known for its rich history vibrant culinary scene and beautiful Appalachian surroundings.

What makes you a great fit
You hold a clear and active Registered Nurse license in Alabama
You have at least 2 years of experience as a Hospital Clinical Manager
You are comfortable leading and developing clinical teams
You value structure accountability and patient-centered care
You are adaptable and able to provide direct patient care when needed
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $85000 to $95000
Health insurance with 90 percent employer coverage under $30 per pay period
