Whatyou willdo:

• Overseetheday-to-dayoperationsofallshiftsofoneormoremanufacturingproductionareas.

• Directstaffingdevelopment andperformancemanagementprogramsforoperationsstaff.

• Managemotivateanddevelopaproductionmanagementteam.

• Lead withhigh standardsand accountability.

• Overseeoperationsactivitiesensuringthatsafetyproductionschedulesandperformancerequirementsaremetandresourcesareusedeffectively.

• Take full accountability for Quality withinproduction and execute feedbackloopto causal partiestodrive RootCauseCorrectiveActions.

• Monitoroveralloperationsperformanceandimplementproductionsafetycost andqualitycontrolmechanisms.

• Leadproductionreporting andmonitor/ auditproductionmetrics

• Ensurecompliancewithallregulatoryguidelinesandcreatea safe andsoundmanufacturingenvironment.

• Partner effectively with functional peers in Supply Chain EHS & HR to meet operational goals.

Skills you must have:

• Manufacturing Operations: Knowledge of manufacturing operations; ability to perform day-to-day operations of a manufacturing plant or facility for products.

• Manufacturing Safety:Expertiseinmanufacturing safety; ability toidentifywork-related hazards and perform necessary activities to meet regulatory requirements for the safety and protection of workersenvironmentand site.

• Analytical Thinking:Understandingoftechniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability todeterminethe root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.

• Influencing:Knowledgeofeffectiveinfluencingtacticsandstrategies;abilitytoimpactdecisionswithinand outside ownorganization

• ProblemSolving:Familiaritywithapproachestoolstechniquesforrecognizinganticipating andresolvingorganizational operationalorprocessproblems;abilitytoknowledgeofproblemsolvingappropriatelytodiversesituations.

• Process Improvement: Understanding and insight into evaluating current product quality and production methods and ability tomaintainfocus on the continuous improvement of processesproductsand services.

• Degree in Engineering Operations Management or equivalent experiencedesired.

• Very goodGerman (at least C1) andvery goodEnglish skills (at least B2).
