A leading provider of digital solutions for the logistics and transportation industry is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to support companies in the DACH region on their digital transformation journey.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in complex B2B sales a structured process-oriented mindset and a strong understanding of the logistics/transportation market.
This role involves listening to clients identifying their operational challenges and guiding them through the transition from manual processes to fully digital and automated workflows. The Sales Manager will manage the entire sales cycle from identifying needs and crafting tailored solutions to securing contracts and optimizing customer success. This is a remote position based in Germany with regular travel within the DACH region.
Key Responsibilities
Business development & Client Relationship Management: Build manage and expand long-term relationships with both existing and new clients in the logistics sector across Germany Austria and Switzerland.
Revenue Growth: Drive business growth through strategic upselling cross-selling and maintaining high retention rates.
Solution-Oriented Selling: Understand complex customer processes and requirements and design tailored solutions that improve efficiency transparency and automation.
Collaborative Problem Solving: Work closely with internal teams to deliver the best possible outcomes for clients.

3 years of experience in B2B sales ideally in logistics transportation or SaaS solutions.
Strategic Hunter & Account Farmer: Ability to uncover new opportunities while nurturing key client relationships.
