What youll be doing:
As the Workforce Management Global Intraday Manager youll support the Global Intraday Lead in executing a unified real-time workforce management approach across 30 countries. Acting as their operational right hand youll drive day-to-day intraday execution global alignment and continuous improvement to ensure consistent service excellence.
Day-to-day in this role youll:
- Monitor and manage real-time intraday performance across 30 countries to consistently achieve service levels
- Identify performance deviations and partner with regional teams to implement recovery actions
- Execute global intraday playbooks including alerts queue prioritisation and standardised processes
- Drive efficiency initiatives such as queue or team merges and support experiments through to stable implementation with Planning and Scheduling teams
- Coordinate and deliver training for shift leads and intraday coordinators on tools processes and playbooks
- Support incident management during outages or service disruptions providing real-time operational guidance during escalations
Our humble expectations:
- Proven experience in workforce management with a strong focus on intraday and real-time operations
- Hands-on expertise managing service levels occupancy adherence and shrinkage in a fast-paced environment
- Strong proficiency with WFM tools real-time monitoring systems and performance dashboards
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with experience working across regions and stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to train mentor and drive adoption of new processes and ways of working
- A continuous improvement mindset with strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
